This form is required for primary operators of construction activities which disturb five or more acres of land, including those activities which are part of a larger common plan of development that disturb five or more acres of land.
This form is required for secondary operators of construction activities which disturb five or more acres of land, including those activities which are part of a larger common plan of development that disturb five or more acres of land.
This form is required for operators of small construction activities that disturb one acre or more but less than five acres of land, including those activities which are part of a larger common plan of development that disturb one acre or more but less than five acres of land.
The Construction General Permit application process must be handled directly through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
